We believe that to offer great service, we need a great Student services team and here at Courses Direct they are about the support for you during your studies.

  • For Student Services access – via email you are guaranteed a 24-48 hour response (weekdays).
  • Student Services are able to speak with you via phone on (02) 40 321 810 (9am – 5pm) weekdays (AEST).
  • Our goal is to assist you with your assignments and tutor support so assignments have a turnaround within 10 working days.
  • We organise a welcome email from your tutor who will be helping you with your studies.
