"I always enjoyed fashion but never pursued it in my studies or career. I'm in a stage of my life that I would like to start preparing to go back into the work place. I wanted to study fashion design and dressmaking and still be in my own environment and study at my own pace. After some research on the internet, I realized that courses direct was the best option. The distance fashion and dressmaking course allows someone like myself, with no existing experience or knowledge of fashion design, the opportunity to explore the fashion industry.
This course has been great. The tutors are an email away if I need their help, and I can take my time to finish the assignment to my very best ability. I have learned a lot of advanced sewing techniques and I have learned how to create a design and how to present my ideas to others.
I feel very confident now to keep pursuing my fashion design dreams".
